KriXis RFQ Growth · Managed pilot
Keep good RFQs from going cold.
Give your machine shop a clear way to handle inquiries, prepare responses, and stay on top of follow-up, with KriXis checking the priority pipeline four times a month.
Start with a free RFQ workflow review and a clear pilot scope. Already a customer? Sign in to your portal.
Know which inquiry needs attention next.
An RFQ is a request for a quotation. KriXis RFQ Growth combines RFQ management for machine shops with scheduled human reviews, so your agreed priority queue gets regular attention.
See what is missing.
Keep the buyer’s original text, requirements, notes, and response draft together. Identify questions that need an answer before the estimator can move the work forward.
Give follow-up an owner.
Assign the next action and a due date. Review requests waiting on a reply, clarification, or an internal decision, with the context in view.
Get regular KriXis checks.
Four times a month, KriXis reviews the agreed priority queue, records what was checked, and highlights the actions your team needs to take.
What your $349 monthly service includes.
A defined service with a visible work plan, named responsibilities, and a monthly review of what was done.
Your workspace and guided start
- One shop workspace: sign in directly on KriXis.com to keep RFQs, drafts, notes, stages, and next actions together.
- Standard setup included: one workspace configuration and a 30-minute guided orientation around your current RFQ process.
- A priority queue: agree which open RFQs or quotes need attention first, up to 10 per managed check.
- Research records: save companies your team researches, their sources, and next steps separately from real inquiries.
The KriXis work each month
- Four pipeline checks: look for missing owners, overdue actions, stalled requests, and drafts awaiting your team’s review.
- Written next actions: record the issues found, responsible people, and agreed follow-up steps in the shared work plan.
- One monthly action report: summarize delivered work, recorded pipeline outcomes, and the next priorities.
- One 20-minute review: walk through the month with your contact and agree where to focus next.
Clear scope: the managed pilot covers one shop and up to 10 agreed priority opportunities at each check. Your team keeps the records current, approves technical and commercial details, and sends buyer communications. Custom integrations, estimating, outbound sales campaigns, and full marketing management are separate scopes.
A useful first week, with a clear finish line.
Once account setup and access checks are complete, our first-week goal is an organized priority queue with an owner and next action for each agreed opportunity.
Choose the work that matters.
Identify your workflow owner, how inquiries arrive, and up to 10 open RFQs or quotes for the first priority review. Use approved text inquiries.
Put a real inquiry through it.
Walk through one inquiry, keep the original wording, record missing details, and prepare its next action. Your team sees how to keep the queue current.
Know who does what next.
Review the agreed queue together. Record owners, next actions, dates, and the baseline issues we will revisit during the month.
The first check counts toward your four monthly checks. The delivery schedule and customer inputs are agreed during onboarding.
Keep the buyer’s request connected to the next action.
The portal supports the work around a quote request. Your team continues using its estimating process and communication channels.
- STEP 01
Capture
Enter approved inquiry text and preserve the buyer’s original wording for reference.
- STEP 02
Clarify
Review missing information, requirements, and the questions your estimator needs answered.
- STEP 03
Prepare
Write or edit a response draft. Your team reviews and sends the approved message.
- STEP 04
Follow through
Assign the next action, set a date, update the stage, and record the outcome.
Example: a buyer asks for 250 aluminum parts but omits the material grade and delivery date. Keep the request, record those missing details, prepare clarification wording, and assign a person to follow up. KriXis’s scheduled check helps keep that action visible.
Illustrative workflow, not a customer result or a promise of additional orders.
Judge the service by the work that gets done.
At the start, agree what better follow-through should look like for your shop. Review unassigned requests, overdue actions, clarification gaps, and outcomes your team records. The monthly report shows the service work delivered and the next priorities.
Compare the $349 fee with your own time costs and the gross profit from work that better follow-through may help keep in play. Extra jobs, savings, and revenue improvements are not guaranteed; results need to be measured with your team.
Best fit: a machine shop or small manufacturing team already receiving inquiries and looking for clearer ownership and follow-up. If your priority is generating more inquiries, explore our machine shop marketing services alongside the RFQ workflow.
Where the KriXis AI assistant fits.
We are preparing KriXis-funded AI assistance for the customer portal to help summarize approved inquiry text, highlight missing details, and suggest editable wording. Each customer would use their KriXis workspace, with a defined usage allowance.
Current pilot availability: manual research records, approved text RFQ entry, editable response drafts, follow-up planning, and reporting are live. AI assistance is not yet activated and tested. Enrollment includes confirming the available features and service scope before you start.
Your estimator approves feasibility, pricing, capacity, technical details, and lead times. The current workflow uses approved text rather than CAD uploads or drawing analysis.
Know what you are signing up for.
What happens in the free RFQ workflow review?
Tell us how requests arrive and where follow-up gets stuck. We can use one approved, sanitized text inquiry to walk through the next step. You receive an outline of a first-week plan and the proposed pilot scope before deciding whether to enroll. Request the review through our consultation page and mention RFQ Growth.
What does KriXis actually do for $349 a month?
The managed pilot includes standard setup for one shop, a 30-minute orientation, four priority pipeline checks each month, a monthly action report, and one 20-minute review. Each check covers up to 10 agreed priority RFQs or quotes. Your team maintains the inquiry records and handles estimating and buyer communications.
Is this also a lead generation or quoting service?
The managed pilot focuses on the inquiries and quotes you already have. The workspace also stores company research, but a researched company is not a confirmed lead or buying signal. Marketing campaigns, outbound sales, manufacturing cost estimates, CAD analysis, and custom integrations are separately scoped.
Does the portal send messages or reminders automatically?
No. Due dates and next actions support planning. Your team reviews drafts and sends communications through its normal channels. The current portal does not automatically send outreach, reminders, or emails, or pull inquiries from your inbox or website forms.
Can we use our current estimating process?
Yes. Start with approved inquiry text and the next action around it. Your estimator retains control of feasibility, pricing, technical decisions, capacity, and delivery commitments. Automatic connections to existing systems need separate verification and scoping.
Is AI included and ready to use?
AI assistance is a planned part of the KriXis service and is awaiting secure setup and testing. Current pilot delivery uses manual review. We confirm the active features and any AI usage allowance with you before enrollment; this page does not offer unlimited AI use.
How do pricing, the trial, and signup work?
The managed pilot is $349 USD per month for the defined one-shop scope, including standard setup. Enrollment is assisted through a consultation. The planned seven-day card-required subscription trial is not active; self-service checkout and automated billing are not yet connected. Billing and service arrangements are confirmed before work begins.
